Hi Guys!
I think there is a kinda pattern emerging here... like I'll only post every other day. Like I'll miss an even numbered day.
Still, I think the most important thing is that I post what is important to me, rather than post something up for the sakke of posting.
Yesterday, Saturday, I wanted to wake up early and get as much things done as possible. However, the laziness bug struck annd I ended up getting up at 10:30am instead of 6:30am. Actually, I did wake up at 6:30am but I went back to sleep. I just felt like I deserve a few more hours of shut eye.
Then it struck me just now that all the talk about not over-sleeping is nothing but just talk. I am not walking the talk. I've read some reports on the internet from reliable resources that the body can take 4.5 - 5 hours of sleep daily. There is this website that publish a definitive e-book on sleeping the right number of hours. It is:
www.powerfulsleep.com
Anyways, yesterday, I got up and spent sometime on my IM business and went to the gym to do a 1:50pm-2:50pm BODYCOMBAT class by Roger. Roger used to teach in Hong Kong when he was stationed there and now he is back here for good and is starting to teach his own classes. He is pretty good. Good form, good looks, good instructions. We did the BC Instructor course together rightly 2 years ago. We were both trained in BC#17 in in the Instructors Course.
So, like I mentioned earlier in this blog, I am going to be doing a lot of Cardio Routines this week and since today is the last day of the week, I am looking forward to my first Weight Routine tomorrow morning after almost a month!
Yeah, I feel like my bodyfat % went up the last month and that I had better wake up my f__king idea if I want to acheive my Bodyfat goal of 10%!!!
Today, I did BC at Bugis 12:50pm-1:50pm by Darren. It was a GREAT WORKOUT because I pushed myself from the start; not pulling myself short so that I get to "burn the rubber"!!! Only thing is that I get flat during the conditioning track so I couldn't maintain the push up on toes too long.
I'm happy with what fitness training I did today and I hope that tomorrow will be just as rewarding!
Cheers! =)
